Postage….... is free within the UK and Ireland. Most items are made to order, then sent 1st Class, please allow up to seven days to give me time to make them for you! Items in stock will be sent within three working days, I will advise you by email of delivery expectations when you place your order. I always obtain a certificate of posting and can take no responsibility for loss or damage within the postal system. I will package your order carefully to ensure it is protected during transit. If you would like signed for or special delivery, please contact me before purchase. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact me for a quote.
Payment….....can be made by Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit or debit card online, and your card details are secure.
Returns…. ....can be made up to 14 days from postage date. Please ensure your item is returned to me well packaged and in good condition, I will then issue a refund via paypal. I’m afraid I can’t refund postage costs. The item remains your responsibility until it safely arrives with me, so please get a certificate of postage, or consider an insured postal method. Please note, for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please remember….. ..although fused glass is very strong, it is still glass and should be treated with due care and respect. Also, as jewellery can contain small parts, it may not be suitable for children unless it is part of the “Little Blue Fairy” range of children’s jewellery which has been made with special safety considerations.
